Grace Healy is a lawyer with more than twenty-five years of broad and varied experience. She has worked at a general practice New York firm, as in-house counsel, as law clerk and as counsel in a litigation boutique. Since 2004, she has maintained a solo practice with a focus on assisting in-house counsel, as well as counseling and representing clients in connection with potential and actual disputes. For the most part, Ms. Healy’s client base consists of businesses that do not yet have in-house counsel, or whose legal staff retain her as an adjunct to work with them on special issues and projects, or to handle matters involving disputes or litigation.  She also represents national corporations in Washington litigation.
